1967 album on Jay Records (JR-10059).  

The vinyl is in excellent condition (we visually inspect vinyl, but do not play-grade).  

The sleeve is in fair to good condition, with quite a bit of shelf wear/ring wear, plus wear along the seams and at the corners.

The front of the sleeve is signed:  "Art - Become A Sales Giant - Douglas Edwards".
