my wife purchased this album in 1964 from one of the largest retailers in the country. It'd been in our basement fro 45 years. It was hardly played. This is the version 2 mono LP. It has some unusual feathers. It has the bracket logo with color band and centered titles. It has the Coffin error on Chains but the most strange feature is the word "STEREO" at 12 o'clock on side 2.  I don't know if side 2 is actually stereo or not. I haven't found another album with this error.
