From various sessions beginning in 1957. Some tracks include unidentified brass section which included Russell Jacquet on trumpet and with a rhythm section of Hank Jones or Carl Perkins, piano; Oscar Moore or John Collin, guitar; Gene Ramey or Red Callender, bass; J.C. Heard, Lee Abrams or Art Blakey, drums. On a 1952 date, Jones, organ; Sir Charles Thompson, piano; Joe Sinacore, guitar; Al Lucas, bass; Shadow Wilson, drums. Others included on some tracks are Ernie Henry, Earl Warren, alto sax; Freddie Greene, guitar and more. Cover: Mint(-). Intact and clean with very small amount of edge and corner wear. Very light aging on the back cover. Fine photo of Jacquet on the cover. The photographer is unidentified. Heavy cardboard jacket. Record: Mint(-). Visually shows no wear. Except for an occasional, very infrequent light click (for the most part, barely audible), no other surface noise. Fine copy. Possibly played a few times. Heavy vinyl pressing. Audibly checked.
