Description

Thank you for looking at my listing

If you plan on bidding please read my description below regarding shipping options and cost prior to bidding.

This record is from my personal collection

I'm listing a number of rare LP's this week that come from my private collection and will be listing many more in the coming weeks.

This listing is for a rare and hard to find in this condition Original VERVE CLEF SERIES Deep Groove US Mono Pressing of ILLINOIS JACQUET "Swing's The Thing".

ILLINOIS JACQUET "Swing's The Thing" - Original VERVE Clef Series Yellow Label DEEP GROOVE Mono US Pressing.

Please take a look at the photos below.

Please note that unless otherwise noted, all records are graded visually and not play graded.

This is a DEEP GROOVE US PRESSING on the VERVE CLEF SERIES YEALLOW LABEL.  This recording was supervised by:  NORMAN GRANZ.  Superb deep groove vinyl Jazz LP.

Condition:  The vinyl is in Near Mint Condition.  Not a mark on the vinyl, simply perfect.  No spindle marks on side one label and a few very faint marks on side two label.

There is not a mark on the vinyl that I can find.  It looks beautiful with the original luster and shines and sparkles like new.

The cover is in Excellent Condition with minor bumps on the upper and lower right corners.  Some light wear on the spine and seams with small repair on lower seam and corners.  This was neatly done and is only visible upon close inspection.  Overall the cover looks Really Nice.

The back of the jacket is in Very Nice Condition.

As with most of my auctions it is being listed without a reserve.

All records will be very well packaged and shipped in a proper record mailer.

Shipping:  I offer the following shipping options due to requirements of Paypal that a tracking number be supplied by the seller to Paypal as proof of shipment if a buyer puts in a claim for an item not received.

Canada:  All records will be shipped by "Xpresspost" at a cost of $10.00 US.

United States:  Auctions ending at less than $100.00 will be shipped by "Small Packet (Air)" at a cost of $12.00.  Auctions ending at $100.00 or higher will be shipped "Expedited-USA" which includes a tracking number at a cost of: $17.00 US.  Please be aware that "Expedited" is sent mostly by surface and therefore depending on your State this method could take up to three weeks for delivery.  If you wish to receive it quicker, the package can be shipped through "Xpresspost" which is sent by air and includes a tracking number at a cost of $29.00 US.

Overseas Shipping:  Auctions ending at less than $75.00 will be shipped by "Small Packet (Air)" at a cost of $19.00 US.  This is the quickest least expensive method but please note that there is no tracking number available for items shipped by this method.  Auctions ending at $75.00 or higher will only be shipped by "Xpresspost" which is quite expensive at approximately $65.00 US.  The cost does vary somewhat depending on the destination country therefore I will email the buyer with the final shipping cost at the end of the auction.

Insurance:  The first $100.00 is covered but anything above is $2.00 extra for every $100.00.  Insurance is highly recommended as I will not be responsible for items not insured for the appropriate amount.

Combined Shipping:  I will be glad to combine shipping in order to save on the shipping costs.  The combined shipping cost will be calculated on the total number of LPs and will be the exact amount that it costs me to ship the package.

Please Note:  I will not make exceptions to the above shipping methods.  I will not ship any item to ITALY or the RUSSIAN FEDERATION.  Please do not ask as I will not respond to your request.

Payment:  Payment is expected within 3 days of auction ending.

Please accept my apologies for the lengthy shipping description but the reason for this is that my concern is that the buyer receives the items they have purchased without any problems.

Now that we have that all out of the way, I thank you for looking at my listings and wish you the best of luck should you decide to bid.  Please take a look at my ratings.  I have sold a large quantity of items on eBay including a number of records and have 100% positive feedback.

I have been selling on eBay for a number of years and do my best to accurately describe the items I have listed, but different people view different things in different ways.  If for some reason after receiving your item you feel that my description was not accurate and you are not pleased, contact me and I'm confident that we can work it out.

Thanks,
Edward
