Description
OVERSEAS BUYERS: DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU GET AN INVOICE. THERE ARE SEVERAL OPTIONS TO POST ITEMS SO WAIT FOR THE CHOICES TO BE SENT.
Please note: 1 - 3 singles are sent as flat packed printed materials to save you postal costs. I get a proof of posting receipt but if you want tracking or registered it is about an extra $3.90au, within Australia only. Please make sure your postal delivery site is safe and your item is not left in the open, on a doorstep or sticking out of a mailbox on a fence. I can prove I sent it but if it gets lost then you will have to use PayPal/Ebay’s protection cover. Don’t expect me to refund on lost items UNLESS it is my fault. All albums posted come with an automatic tracking number. Registered is extra but is a good idea if you want to be sure.
All singles and albums are visually graded unless otherwise stated. The scan forms part of the description. Email any queries before bidding.
All albums/PS singles sent outside the covers and in a standard album mailer or flat-packed between two stiff pieces of cardboard.
POSTAGE for one album is usually $8.50, doubles $12-$14.00 depending on location and weight as some doubles have heavier covers or inserts. "X"# of LPs or mixed vinyl to 5kg total weight is $18.00. If heavier packing is requested it may inflate the postage due to the extra packing weight. If you are not sure let me know ahead of time and I'll weigh it up before sending you the invoice. 1 - 2 singles is $3.00. Wait for an invoice so you get the best postage deal I can offer.
If you are bidding on more than one or more items please let me know so I can hold them for a single invoice. Holding items is limited to a 10 day period.
All postal rates quoted are domestic. International buyers please email for quotes or wait for your invoice. Don’t pay until you get the adjusted invoice.
I always put "Good" or "Very Good" at the top of the listing BUT read the more detailed description in the Item Description below. Ebay's definitions don't suit most vinyl gradings.

Vinyl Condition "A" side: EXC- all gloss and shine, light topical surface mark here and there but definitely sweet.
Vinyl Condition "B" side: EXC- all gloss and shine, light topical surface mark here and there but definitely sweet.
Cover Condition : "A" side: VG picture-wise, some seam splitting just starting but mainly on the bottom but not yet actually "split". some shelf wear due to the USA el cheapo type construction but still quite good. The "B" side is a strong VG, clean and still bright. See scans for a closer look.

Other Info: She only released 2 Lp's in the 60's and both were overlooked by the buying public even though she had a few minor hits. Incredible writing credits on the tracks: Van McCoy, Randy Newman, Mel Carter, Irma herself, Naomi Neville aka Allen R. Toussaint. Several of the tracks were singles but did not get the accolades she so richly deserved.
This rare USA soul gem is offered here in this country with local postage. Play "The Way I Walk" and you'll be more than pleased.Sound Check: Some light surface noise as expected in quiet spots and between tracks but well produced and the music is deep and loud above everything so no problems on the listening side.
