Hello and welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on:

CONDITION (A WORD ABOUT CONDITION: Under the best circumstances, grading records for sale is a very difficult and subjective task. We do our best to explain our grades, and then to adhere to them carefully. However, we know that sometimes there will be disagreements about our accuracy. We are always willing to listen to records before shipping them, if you request. And we are always willing to listen to YOU if you should have a problem with any purchase. OUR GRADING SYSTEM: We grade visually, and we are happy to listen to any LP and give you an aural grade as well. SS (Still Sealed as from the factory); MINT(Mint is perfect, without any marks on the vinyl; this is rare, usually indicating a new or like-new record); NM (Near Mint - our highest "used" grade; the vinyl has only a very few light marks - paper scuffs or very light marks - that do not affect play); EX(Excellent - a few more light marks than Near Mint; still a great record that plays near perfectly); VG+ (Very Good Plus - an enjoyable, played and loved, obviously used but still listenable record, usually with some light pops, but free of major audible distraction; jacket may be lightly worn, slightly dinged, even very lightly split, but NEVER trashed); VG (Very Good) and below - we usually do NOT sell these, but if we have some good reason to offer such a record, we will explain completely).

JACKET - Excellent(Jacket is fine shape, with light edge/corner wear - Please see actual album photos) VINYL - Near Mint(Verve vinyl glows with vitality - Graded using custom spotlight).
SPECIAL FEATURES: Beautiful and Rare Verve Gatefold Stereo pressing. This is a rare and highly desirable recording, with extensive liner notes by Gene Lees himself.
