Description
Original 45 rpm studio acetate of an unreleased track backed by an astounding group of West Coast studio musicians: Steve Lukather on bass, David Foster on piano, Jay Gruska on keyboards, drummer Carlos Vega, bassist Denny Belfield and the Hudson Brothers doing backing vocals. The lead singer and songwriter is TV actor David Jolliffe (Bernie in Room 222, etc.), who seems to have never gotten a music career of the ground, despite having some nice blue-eyed soul chops. The one-sided 10" acetate was cut on October 24, 1979 at Artisan Sound Recorders in Hollywood. The disc is in excellent condition, very close to M- with a few very light sleeve marks that do not affect play, and includes the original Artisan sleeve.
