Fiver23's vinyl grading system:

Mint = sealed, straight from the record store. no holes, cuts or stamps on the sleeve.
Near Mint = opened and played only once. I sometimes do this just to put a record onto CD or MD, never playing the vinyl copy again!
Excellent = record has been well taken care of. only played a few times. well taken care of.
Very Good + = Record well taken care off. There may be some fingerprints on the surface.
Very Good = some light scratches and scuffs that may cause surface noise but no skipping.
Good = vinyl has visible scratches, fingerprints, and scuffs but nothing too serious. Looks like it was a played considerably.
Fair = vinyl has scratches, scuffs, and fingerprints that may or may not cause skipping and serious surface noise. I would only list a record like this because it's rare, out of print, and first really cheap.
I won't bother listing poor condition records, unless it's a super rare record like the Pure Trance 3!

U.S. buyers choose to pay $6.25 for priority mail shipping and handling or $3.75 media rate (much slower shipping-this includes record mailer box)-media mail can take up to 3-4 weeks depending how far you live from Los Angeles. Insurace optional for $1.35 (covers up to $50.00)
I recommend shipping via UPS ground if you're getting a lot of vinyl. The shipment is automatically insured up to $100.00 and a tracking# is provided also! :)

North and South of the US border shipping details:
Shipping to Canada and Mexico is slightly higher, about $6.75.
$1.35 optional insurance only available within the U.S.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
AIR MAIL- (7-14 days) is $12.00

PAYMENT DETAILS:

Due to the 3rd bad check received in just over a year we are no longer accepting personal checks. Money orders, paypal, bidpayor cahsier's checks preferred for fast transaction. Cash is accepted but we advise not sending it-have no problems with registered mail though.
