Description

You are bidding on the 10 inch Jazz LP Herbie Nichols:  The Prophetic Herbie Nichols Vol. 1 on Blue Note 5068 from 1955.  The cover has yellowed from age but no seams are split.  The back has some yellowing and there are a couple spots where it appears that tape has been removed (looks like maybe from a library sticker at one time).  See photos of cover.  As for the record, I’m going to grade it VG.  It has some scratches and scuffs but plays well will little noise in some areas.  There is one skip on track 1 side 1 about 2:30 into the song.  Check out the song samples.  I’ve provided 30 second samples of each of the 6 songs.  This record is not mint or perfect, but a mint or perfect copy might cost you hundreds of dollars.  This is a good playing copy of this great Jazz LP.
