Vinyl- EX++ TO NEAR MINT, CLEAN AND SHINY UNMARKED VINYL, ONLY VERY MINIMAL SLEEVE BRUSHES ON RUN OFF WAX. PLAYS THROUGH BOTH SIDES WITHOUT ANY SKIPS JUMPS OR REPEATS WITH SUPERB SOUND QUALITY.
Sleeve - EX+,LAMINATED TO BOTH SIDES. THERE ARE NO TEARS SPLITS OR WRITING, SPINE IS UNCRUSHED WITH FULLY READABLE TITLE ETC AND OPENING EDGE HAS A NICE CLEAN FINISH
Labels- BLACK AND SILVER PHILIPS LABELS HAVE SOME WISPY SPINDLE TRACES EVIDENT WHEN HELD AT AN ANGLE TO LIGHT. THERE ARE NO STICKER MARKS OR WRITING.
ON OFFER MEGA RARE LOST PROG PSYCH CLASSIC FROM "HUNGRY WOLF".ALBUM WAS RELEASED IN 1970 BUT DUE TO PHILIPS LACK OF PROMOTION ALBUM WAS QUICKLY DELETED. HUNGRY WOLF WERE ALAN HAWKSHAW ON PIANO AND ORGAN, ALAN PARKER ON LEAD GUITAR, HERBIE FLOWERS ON BASS GUITAR, PETER LEE STERLING ON VOCALS AND CLEM CATTINI OF THE TORNADOS ON DRUMS. VARIOUS BAND MEMBERS ALSO PERFORMED AS "CZAR" AND "UGLY CUSTARD" SLEEVE NOTES STATE :- "HUNGRY WOLF IS THE NAME GIVEN TO FIVE YOUNG LONDON SESSION MUSICIANS WHO, IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME (DUE TO MANY OTHER RECORDING COMMITMENTS) GOT TOGETHER AND RECORDED THIS SUPERB INSTRUMENTAL / PART VOCAL ALBUM. PERFECTIONWAS STRIVED FOR AND WE THINK ACHEIVED BY THIS TALENTED GROUP", WHICH RAISES THE QUESTION AS TO WHY PHILIPS DID NOT GIVE MORE PROMOTION TO THE BAND AS IT IS INDEED A FINE PIECE OF PROGRESSIVE ROCK WITH ECHOES OF PSYCH AND JAZZ INFLUENCE. ONLY VERY MINIMAL AMOUNTS WERE PRESSED AND THIS ALBUM IS GETTING HARDER TO FIND ESPECIALLY IN NICE CONDITION. THIS COPY HAS HAD LITTLE PLAY.

Records are graded by record collectors grading system. I also grade with item is in between a grade i.e. ex+ if i feel it is better than an excellent grade but not quite near mint.ll try to give a good and true description of items regarding any marks or audible fault Mint:- The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface noise or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items (lyric sheet etc) are in perfect condition. Records sealed or unplayed will be mint. Excellent:- Shows some signs of having been played but very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and /or creasing. Very good:- Has been played many times but retains good sound quality,despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear to the sleeve and extra items,without any major defects. Good:- The record has been played often and sound quality has deteriorated with some distortion and mild scratches.the cover and inserts suffer from folding,heavy scuffing to edges ,spine splits and discolouration. Any records that are not to the standards listed above will only be regarded as collection fillers and listed as such. POSTAGE CHARGES FOR UK IS £2.50p FOR ONE ALBUM POSTAGE CHARGES TO EUROPE IS £4.00 FOR ONE ALBUM POSTAGE TO REST OF WORLD IS £5.50 FOR ONE ALBUM ADDITIONAL ALBUMS WIL BE APPROX 50% FOR EACH ALBUM(NO MORE) I DO NOT LOOK TO MAKE PROFIT FROM POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.
