Relapse Records -- RR6620-1 2004
2004 release on Relapse Records. This is the limited edition CLEAR VINYL version of which only 100 were made. This was opened only to see the color of the vinyl, otherwise it is unplayed and still in the shrink wrap. TOTALLY AWESOME!
