On offer here is a VERY rare single (especially in this condition!!!!) called "Zoot Suit" by The High Numbers and is a UK 1964 1st pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Fontana label!!!! The B side is called 'Im The Face'. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST SINGLES YOU WILL EVER SEE - AND IT IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND (ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION)!!!! THIS WAS THE 1ST AND ONLY SINGLE EVER RELEASED BY THE HIGH NUMBERS - BEFORE THEY OF COURSE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO THE WHO!!!! IT SOLD VIRTUALLY ZERO COPIES ON RELEASE IN THE 1964 AND TODAY IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS IS 100% GENIUNE 1964 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'TEXTURED' FONTANA LABEL, 1/1 1ST PRESS MATRIX ENDINGS, AND A 1ST PRESS 'WAVY TOPPED' FONTANA COMPANY SLEEVE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS SINGLE IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE RAREST WHO RELATED SINGLE EVER RELEASED AND IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS SERIOUSLY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL 1964 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Fontana label and the Cat No is TF 480.
The record labels are in STUNNING condition overall (see pictures) with NO writing, very VIVID colour, a TINY virtually PERFECTLY touched in rub on the B side label, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The record is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s singles had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This record is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!! It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the A side run on groove ONLY (NOT anywhere else)!!!! There is NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!! The single must grade Excellent(Minus)!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press Fontana Company sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!! THIS SINGLE IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
