The laminated cover has some light wear (yellowing and an owners stamp on front) and is in a very good plus condition

RECORD: VG
The record has a lot of surface wear but no deep scratches and plays very well with light background noise (crackling) and without any problems. Plays great with a dynamic sound - still a pleasure to listen to!

Megarare record from a musician who was stationated with the US Forces in England, where he played with Alexis Corner and his own group the "Nightimers" also called "Night Timers". They played a sound influenced by local groups like the Rolling Stones (Their Coverversion of Satisfaction is great) and a very own kind of Northern Soul
Die Platte hat deutliche aber nur oberflächliche Gebrauchsspuren und spielt mit knistern ohne Probleme durch und klingt toll! Zustand vg

Superrare Platte eines tollen Musikers der als Mitglied der US- Streitkräfte in England stationiert war. Dort hatte er Gastspiele mit Alexis Korner und seiner Band, den Nightimers (auch Night Timers genannt. Tolle Stücke und auch Einflüsse von lokalen Bands (er covert z.B. Satisfaction von den Stones) machen seinen tollen eigenständigen Northern Soul aus!

My grading scale:
Mint (M):
New & perfect! Neu und in tadellosem Zustand
Mint Minus (M-):
no ticks - no surface noise - full glossy surface – 1,2 slight spindle hole marks possible
Near Mint (NM):
a few non-sounding surface marks (scuffs) from handling - glossy surface – few spindlehole marks - jacket slight signs of usage.
Platte mit geringfügige Gebrauchspuren, jedoch ohne Beschädigungen. Es kann Nebengeräusche in der Einlaufrille geben , aber kein Knistern in den Stücken & keine sichtbaren Kratzer, die nicht abzuwaschen wären. Für alte Platten kann man sagen: Man findet sie nicht in einem besseren Zustand.
Excellent (EX) :
minor surface marks or scr. causing occasional very slight ticks - clean surfaces - some spindle hole marks - jacket with slight edge or ring wear - bended corners.
Dies ist eine Platte ohne gravierende Schäden. Sie ist aber deutlich als gebrauchte Platte erkennbar. Kein dauerndes Knistern. maximal sehr feine Kratzer, die den Hörgenuss nicht beeinträchtigen. Für den , der sich die Platten zum Anhören kauft, ein excellentes Stück.
Very Good (VG):
some marks or scratches causing occ. ticks or pops -minor pressing defaults- may be some seam splitting (but not completely separated!)
Ist deutlich als gebraucht erkennbar. Kann deutliche Gebrauchspuren, aber keine Beschädigungen haben. Es kann knistern geben, aber niemals die ganze Platte über und so, dass es den Hörgenuss beeinträchtigt. Keine Sprünge!
Good (G):
has surface marks or scratches but plays without any skip - distracting surface noise (crackling) the surfaces is not not bright – jacket has seam split or taped taped seams.
Hat deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und sichtbare und hörbare Kratzer eine sogenannte “Lagerfeuerplatte”, die gerne und viel gehört wurde. Die Platte hat durchgängige Nebengeräusche aber keine Sprünge!!
Schallplatten mit Beschädigungen die sie unspielbar machen, auch wenn nur ein Stück nicht läuft, verkaufe ich nicht, bzw werden deutlich in der Artikelbeschreibung als defekt gekennzeichnet!!!
Das Kürzel + (plus) = etwas besser oder – (Minus) = etwas schlechter, werden an eine der oben stehenden Bewertungsstufen angehängt, wenn die Platte oder das Cover nicht eindeutig in eine der Bewertungskategorien passt. Die Kürzel sollen Ihnen helfen eine Feinabstimmung bei der Bewertung vorzunehmen.
I won’t sell records that rate below VG+, except for extremely seldom and sought after items. These will always be described in detail !
How I grade my records:
All records are described as accurately as possible and I will always prefer a more detailed depiction of the actual status, but usually I’ll only visually grade the records.
Please note that old records that were stored in shelves for a long time might have static noises even if they still look like new. Professional cleaning will almost always solve that problem.
Dust on records will generally not influence my gradings but if records appear to have stronger signs of soiling, I will give them a professional cleaning and playgrade them to get a more objective view on what their condition is actually like.
In these cases I will always mention it in my description.
