Description
This extremely rare edition was acquired from the estate of the world renowned classical pianist Maestro Claudio Arrau in Douglaston, Long Island and they were part of Mr. Arrau's extensive music collection. The records have been kept in clear plastic protective sleeves since I purchased them from Mr. Arrau's daughter Carmen about 20 years ago. Vinyl appears to be VG+ or better but I have not played them so I cannot attest to the sound quality. The records are in the original Odeon jackets, and two of them still have their original cellophane wrappers. Jackets each have a small sticker attached that has a box and record number written in Mr. Arrau's hand (SEE PHOTOS). Some but not all of his records from that period were similarly tagged. The original box was missing.
