Here's a near ultimate package of lps by Heart, including a half speed and 4 Japanese pressings in terrific condition.
Dreamboat Annie, Nautilus NR3/MRS 5005, audiophile half speed master of their first lp, including the hits Magic Man and Crazy On You. Gatefold Cover VG+ with a crease upper right and some edgewear on the spine. Includes original insert EX, vinyl has no marks and plays perfectly, EX++ to NM.
BeBe Le Strange, CBS Sony Epic 25 3P 190, audiophile Japanese pressing with obi and insert. Near Mint throughout. Down on Me, Rockin' Heaven Down, Even It Up, Raised on You, lots more.
Greatest Hits / Live, CBS Sony Epic 40 3P 250-1, 2lp audiophile Japanese pressing with custom inner sleeves, obi and insert. A bit of corner wear lower left, otherwise Near Mint throughout. One greatest hits disc, one live disc. 4 pages of photos on double inner sleeve. Kick ass version of Led Zeppelin's Rock and Roll on the live lp. You'll have to listen closely to convince yourself it's not Plant and Page.
Heart(their ninth lp) Capitol Toshiba ECS 91123, audiophile Japanese pressing with obi and insert.Cover and obi EX to EX+, vinyl EX++, looks NM but has some spindle marks. 4 page insert NM. If Looks Could Kill, What Abouit Love, Never. These Dreams. Nothin' At All, more. Some of their best!

Quality lps- you can't go wrong here. I'll also throw in VG+ US copies of Passionworks and Private Audition if the winning bidder wants them.

I've got too many LPs and at this point I need the space more than I need the vinyl. I've been a collector for over 40 years, so I know how to rate and ACCURATELY DESCRIBE an item. Standard grading. Visual unless condition is a question.
Mint - Perfect
Near Mint - Near perfect. I've seen descriptions that say near mint with minor scuffs or scratches. Hello??? If there are scuffs or scratches, it's NOT near mint!
Excellent - Normal LIGHT wear. An item that's been handled or played, but still an enjoyable listening experience.
Very Good - Noticeable wear, expect some surface noise.
Poor - A Frisbee. You won't see any of that here.
