RECORDED IN 1963 UNDER THE PSEUDONYM "BO PETE", THIS IS EAST LA-SOUND GARAGE ROCK / R&B AT ITS FINEST FEATURING A SOULFUL & UNHINGED RAVE-UP VOCAL & GROOVY POPCORN ORGAN FROM NILSSON- A WORTHY FORESHADOWING OF THE ARTISTE WE CAME TO KNOW & LOVE. RELEASED IN EARLY 1964 ON THE CRUSADER LABEL & PRODUCED BY THE LEGENDARY JOHN MARASCALCO WHO WROTE SEVERAL OF LITTLE RICHARD'S EARLY HITS. INDEED, THIS WAS RECORDED IN THE PERIOD WHEN NILSSON WAS HELPING MARASCALCO DEMO NEW SONGS FOR LITTLE RICHARD... HERE HE LENDS HIS GOLDEN TOUCH TO ANOTHER PIANO MADMAN'S VISION.

Our custom grading system is as follows:
MINT = perfect, flawless, as new, often sealed when noted EX = Excellent condition - very nice but not perfect with very minor flaws VG+ = Nice condition with noticeable minor flaws which do not affect overall aesthetics or play VG = Disc is marked or sleeve has minor tear, bend, split, rip or writing on it - may have light noise or a few clicks and pops intermittently during playback but a decent, enjoyable copy nonetheless.
Any record that grades less than VG will be LOUDLY PROCLAIMED as such.
Packaging/Shipping: We will generally ship your your order within two days from the time payment is received. Double LPs & box sets or specialty items (such as demo acetates) will incur slightly increased postage fees. All of our discs are shipped firmly packed in new, sturdy cardboard record mailing boxes.
