This comes from my personal collection. Extremely rare! These do not come along very often, as the last original copy sold in November, 2019, and February, 2016 before that. This pscyh garage band is from Mansfield, Ohio, and would make an excellent addition to any collection.
The following information was gathered from Discogs -- this album was recorded in 1969, and private pressed/released in 1972. There were only 500 original copies! There have been a total of four originals that have been available for sale since 2014, and only one has been available since 2016.

CONDITION
Overall grade for both jacket and record are VG/VG. Not a top copy and not minty by any means, though this is a good listening experience and very enjoyable in my opinion.
The following notes related to condition will better assist understanding with the conservative VG grading:
Jacket - front retains terrific color, the jacket is overall stiff with a few raised areas, 2.5-3” seam split on right side of bottom cover, no other seam splits, spine is solid with no splits, rubbing on lower back cover, small tear without puncture in lower back cover; see pictures for these details
Vinyl - visual grade of VG, play grade of VG to VG+, play grade in entirety includes NO skips, overall listen is pleasant with mild to moderate background noise during quiet sections such as between songs and deadwax and occasional pops, side 2 is a little quieter than side 1, retains overall good shine, labels have spindle wear, there are multiple superficial marks on both sides of the record but nothing deep or feelable, less marks noted on side 2 than side 1
