Description
Hank Mobley Blue Note 1550 ORIGINAL PRESSING. Deep groove on both sides. "ear" and RVG stamped in the dead wax on both sides. 47 West 63rd street address New York 23 on both sides of the label and also on the lower rear of the cover.LAMINATED COVER. EAR AND RVG ETCHED BY HAND IN THE DEADWAX. NO R. NO INC. THE COVER HAS NICE CORNERS AND FULL GLOSS WITH NO SEAM OR RING WEAR. One corner has a slight rub rounding but not major. The vinyl will be rated as VG+, has a few light hairlike surface marks. This record was played through on both sides to test the play and plays well, slight trace of opening surface noise for about 5 seconds but disappears. Nice effort from Hank and guaranteed original pressing in condition described. Well worth the effort. Please note that for those who check Popsike, they do not claim their listings to be exhaustive, which means only a sample of records sold, not every one are listed so every copy of this record that sells is not there, just a handful. VG+ record, VG+ cover, a few light surface marks,but this record was well kept and enjoyed by it's previous owner. Reserve necessary but very reasonable. This record is worth your efforts and bids.
