The Golden Gate Quartet - 35 Historic Recordings, RCA NL89720 2xLP GATEFOLD

These breathtaking sides from 1937-1939 are largely a cappella, with both gospel and pop music. The album also includes a landmark version of "Stormy Weather" that is at the root of doo wop.


Grading scale: NM > EX > VG+ > VG > Good > Poor)

Vinyl: NM. Looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time. The finish is shiny, with no visible defects. Labels are superb, clean and bright without marks. Spindle shows no sign of wear. And no warps.
