I visually grade my CD's and Records under a bright light to check for minor marks and any scratches. I also use Ebays category option of grading to help you speed up the selection process. My visual grade should match the Ebay and if you are in any doubts whatsoever please contact me first! It is much easier to deal with questions before you use buy it now.
Please note that unless the Jewel case or packaging for CD's and Records have stickers or artwork directly associated with the original item, these cases are only provided Free of Charge in an ungraded manner and are not considered part of the sale! (Jewel cases can for example be replaced for less than $0.40c Aus if you think the CD needs this)
Fast Postage to the purchaser once payment received. I will combine multiple purchases from committed bidders where possible - please request a final invoice before making any payments so I can weigh the parcel and give you an accurate rate.
I try to be environmentally friendly by using used jiffy and bubble bags for the items - where required I will place extra protection for the item (such as card sleeves). I know how precious some items can be so do not worry about poorly packed items at all - I will make sure they are safe!

Returns accepted for any item if the buyer is not satisfied in any way - buyer however is in agreement to pay the return postage costs and to make sure that I receive the item. Once the item is received I will refund the full value of the sale minus the original postage costs paid. please bear this in mind as my items have been scanned, fully graded and listed so that you can buy in confidence from a 600+ seller with plenty of Ebay experience.
