Front of sleeve is green with a picture of Rudolph in the center of the cover with stars and holly around him
Back of the sleeve has photos of other children's Columbia records

Condition:
- Sleeve: VGVG (Crease on fornt and back from record. Wear along the edges and corners with some tape on the bottom edge. The is a tear on the front near the top. Some surface wear on front and back with other creases)
- Vinyl: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG (Scribble marks on both sides, which can be seen in a light. Side 1 has a bit of wear around the center hole. Side 2 has some of the label scraped off in two spots. Also a bit of dirt)
