Guided By Voices PROPELLER! 
First edition, one-of-a-kind, handmade cover. Sealed, virgin, shrink-wrapped original. Numbered 133 in an edition of 500.
Signed on shrink-wrap by Tobin Sprout. 
Original handmade art features a photograph of a dog poking its nose through a fence accompanyed by an enigmatic newspaper headline "Dogs Need Someone to Watch." Classic back cover of boxers is customized with hand-drawn stick-figures and colored marker. For more Propeller covers, check out the Propeller Gallery (I never got around to adding mine).
Purchased on eBay from Tobin Sprout circa 2000. Mint condition except for some small spotting on the cover (see photos). This album has not been fucked with, except with love by Mike "Rep" Hummel; explanation here. Along with Tobin, Propeller features Robert Pollard (of course), his brother Jim Pollard, Greg Demos, Don Thrasher, Mitch Mitchell and Dan Toohey.
