Superb extremely hard to find second album by GOLDEN EARRINGS. (The plural -s- would be dropped a few years later)
This was only originally issued in Holland. The band still had their first vocalist Frans Krassenburg. This copy is stunning and an upgrade!
The heavy vinyl with high groovewalls provides a fantastic audio experience with channelling not equalled by the later CD version. I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing Rotel amp and B&W three way speakers!!! A beautiful CLASSIC with supreme songcraft, a joy to listen to!!!!
Vinyl: EX. I'm very happy to be able to present this gem in this great condition. Only lightly played . The audio is simply sublime played on my Technics deck with Linn Sondek cartridge and through my rotel amp and B&W speakers. This really heavy vinyl sounds out of this world, a majestic album that went largely unnoticed at the time. Just one wispy hairline on each side, not feelable and no impact on the audio. This vinyl has clearly barely been played as evidenced by the perfect spindle holes. A small discreet owner's name on one label (Wensveen). Great replay on my premium sound system without any skips or jumps.The labels still retain their beautiful original appearance.
Sleeve: EX. INCREDIBLE! A fantastic looked after flipback sleeve . The sleeve is front laminated, a beauty, glossy and WITHOUT creases! Incredibly, no wear on the edges and spine which is 100% legible, the opening is super crisp as on day one of its existence (now 57 years old). NO damage, NO tears, NO writing or stickers, a lovely example of this beautiful classic early freakbeat album!
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. Get this while you still can. This value of the album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price.
