Description
I am the original owner of this record; it is from my personal collection that I began building in the 1950's. I am NOT a dealer or professional record-grader, so I have not assigned grades. However, prior to listing, I have cleaned the record using "Groove Washer G2" record-cleaning fluid, and I have listened to each track. Following is my assessment, based on these visual and listening reviews:
COVER: still glossy; fair amount of edge wear on corners and spine, with a 3/4" split at top right corner; some foxing on back; "STEREO-NATURAL SOUND" printed on front cover [see photo #7]; inner sleeve is not original; appears that front cover originally had some kind of plastic coating, but it has peeled away in places.
VINYL: shiny with light scratches/scuffs, but nothing that affects play; sound is clear with minimal surface/background noise; only an occasional pop or crackle; plays through without skips or sticking.
LABEL: shows some light wear marks around center hole, and some fading in the upper black portion of the label on both sides.
The album will ship in an archival outer vinyl sleeve, and will be boxed in a cardboard album mailer.
