George Harrison - 'My Sweet Lord / What Is Life'. R 5884
George Harrison 1971 UK DEMO pressing of 'My Sweet Lord / What Is Life' 7" single. Released on the 15th January 1971, this was George's first solo single.
These initial early demo pressings would have been given out to reviewers and radio stations prior to the actual release date. The single is released on the Apple label and states 'DEMO RECORD NOT FOR SALE'. This comes housed within the original and somewhat rare picture sleeve. Not all copies of the single came with this sleeve, many simply had the standard black 'Apple Records' sleeve.
The vinyl is in EXCELLENT+ condition.
Both labels are in MINT- condition.
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition.
