Description
Buddah press release folder with promotional copy of this 45 (single). Record is excellent – bordering on near mint, with barely any trace of wear, save for maybe one or two faint hairline marks, visible only under bright LED light (the majority verdict would favour near mint). The labels are clean on both sides and the centre-hole shows no sign of wear. In fact, it doesn’t look as though it has been played, if at all, and any wear present, could possibly be the result of handling. Sleeve is near mint.
The folder, which contains the three separate reviews shown (all original, as produced by the label), is in very good condition with minimal wear (see photos) and the contents seen, range between mint and EX. Judging from the date on the front cover of the Melody Maker review – and one of the other reviews enclosed, I’m guessing this folder was put together to plug both the single and their first tour of the US (they played the NY Philharmonic Hall in December, and a review of this is included).
This is a lovely item and I will pack the single separately (and carefully) from the folder.
