This British-pressed HMV ALP 1286-1287

features

Wilhelm Furtwängler 

(live) conducting the Orchestra and Chorus of the 1951 Bayreuth Festival in the Ninth Choral Symphony by Ludwig van Beethoven. 

About the records: 

Lines appear on both Vinyles, that do not effect listening!

ALP 1286 EXC; Side One  some very, very soft tics appears at the beginning of first movement, Side Two  plays lovely ALP 1287 EXC-; Side Three A couple of non-disturbing tics occasionally Side Four plays lovely , As a whole the audible defects of theese copies could be counted on one hand!

Covers wear unfortunetly ugly tears and have been taped on front and back and make this item non-competitive. Please have a look at picture Two!

Original Inner sleeves are untouched, almost like new.
