LABEL: Polydor ?– 583 035 (1968 UK Stereo)
TITLE: Fairport Convention
CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Nice VG++ / Bright clean lamination w/ some light general wear. The front cover has a 1" & 2" creases at the bottom right side (visible in picture). Also has a small wear spot seen under the lamp. The back cover has a 2" spot of what looks like a sticker or glue remnant in the top middle near the red Polydor emblem.
RECORD: Gorgeous! Looks Mint! I play graded this entire LP and it plays Mint except for one very light tick near the middle of Track 4, Side A. I examined that spot intensely under my grading light and could really see nothing that could have caused it. Fantastic sound presence! By the spindle holes it looks like this LP may have been played once / VPI cleaned
COMMENTS: Great original UK copy of this rare & incredible British Folk Rock LP that flashes some great Psychedelic touches from the guitar of Richard Thompson!
NOTE: VPI cleaned means that this record was cleaned on a professional $500 cleaning machine, which does wonders for the playback of all vinyl records!
