First off,I am not a record grader in the sense that the widely accepted view of letter grading vinyl to me has much room for gaps in assessment.I always try to give as much info as I can,so the perspective buyer can make a comfortable judgment Grading records or anything for that matter is subjective ,and opinions can and do vary.

*****MP3 & TURNTABLE STATEMENT*****
I tend to be on the very conservative side about grading (sometimes to the point of "over grading") as I feel its the prudent & diligent thing,as you are not here making the visual call on the record.I have included an MP3 sample so you can make a judgment on the records playing quality.PLEASE use this mp3 to make your assessment of the sound. That's why I have it embedded. If you have questions on the sound,or anything else pertaining to the record, email me and I will go over it more, but please don't ignore the tool I have placed to help make the decision, that's what its there for.We all know records can look one way and play another. Please note,I will only vouch for my turntables performance, for as we all know, turntable performance varies from one to another.
Extremely scarce 45-Frankie Valli's (spelled Valley on the label) first record from 1953 as you collectors know well-My Mothers Eyes b/w The Laugh's On Me-Corona 45-1234.
As to its condition.Lets go over it.Overall it is in very nice shape in my view.I see only very light surface scratches that are of the superficial variety.Hardly worth a mention but on the Eyes side,I can see a few faint bubbles in one spot that look like its from the pressing underneath the grooves. You will only notice them in bright light at the right angle.Like I said, there is no issue there but I am picky. The vinyl still has decent sheen I would say.The edge feels smooth ,one spot has a little roughness in a tiny spot, but otherwise fine.It played well for me with just light crackle in spots. This is a thick pressing.I will note though, that I heard a quick skip near the start of My Mothers Eyes the first time I put it on the turntable. After going over again with my anti static record brush,it played right though.Don't know what caused it to skip, for as I said, the grooves look good. I have mp3 embedded both sides for you to judge the playing quality as it came off my turntable. The label is in good condition. As you see in the pictures, there is writing on the B side, with like a crayon pen or something similar. The color of the label is truer in the photographs then the scan, which I made to show you the label up close.Any questions, please ask BEFORE bidding.FREE SHIPPING IN THE USA ONLY.Thanks
