Over the next several months, I will be listing collectible, rare and unique LPs, like the one below, from the private collection of a former 1970s New York City DJ. Some LPs offered will be sealed. A good number of the records are White Label Promos. Many album covers have promotion stamps, holes and other exterior DJ markings. The majority of the LPs have never been played.

Label: Electra / 7E-1098 / 1977 / Stereo / US

Vinyl: Like New / Near Mint condition, deep gloss reflective sheen, appears unplayed. Labels are sharp and clean with no spindle marks. STERLING in the dead wax. As with all vintage vinyl, dust cleaning recommended before each play to eliminate any lingering dust and surface static.

Album Cover: Photography by Robert Mapplethorpe. Cover in Near Mint condition and is free of writing, ring wear, cuts, holes, tape, seam splits, or barcode. Promo-Not For Sale sticker on the front. Original lyric inner sleeve. All art illustration/photo tones are bright and rich with no fading or stains. Stored and shipped in a protective poly outer sleeve.
