Description
Here is the record that Slim released to ease the demand for the RARE Stormy Weather by the Five Sharps on Jubilee. No similarity, although this record on multicolored wax has become quite a collectors item in it's own right. Don't know how many of these were presssed although when I bought mine in 1964, the following week I went back to Times Sq records to buy another copy to stash away, they only had the black wax variety. The milti color ones were sold out. It has been a long time since I have played this 45 and I think it is the LONG version. Two were released and this is about 1 minute longer than the short version. Record grades a nice vg+ with minimal scratches and no apparent wear. Labels are clean. If you love me is on the flip side. Lucky buyer to pay $4 for postage/handling. These records turn up now and then on ebay and get between $50- $100. I am starting my auction at the low end. Payment due within 10 days from end of auction. Paypal only.
