Label # : Polydor 2310 142 (Germany)         

Sleeve : VG+  x-ray/pvc sleeve has some surface wear and a seam split at bottom edge (the split stops before the opening and the sleeve still firmly holds the record). See pictures.       

Record : visually VG+/VG++. plays nice with some very light background noise in quiet passage (fully listening tested) and sounds great.
