Description

The Family Way soundtrack recording. Music composed by Paul McCartney. Released in January 1967, this album is the soundtrack to the 1966 film. Produced and arranged by George Martin, the album is credited to "The George Martin Orchestra." This is the Original Decca pressing from 1967, NOT the RSD reissue. Take a look at how many ORIGINAL LP's are available. This solo composing outing for Macca is not the first solo album by a Beatle. That distinction goes to George Harrison's 1968 album "Wonderwall Music." But this is still a major collectable for Beatles fans, and this is a beautiful copy. Play graded EX, cover is VG+ (there are pin holes where the record was displayed on the record shop wall which I bought it from 30 years ago.) Side 1 Matrix # XARL-7598-2A.
