CONDITION:
VINYL SURFACES VISUALLY: Near Mint
Both vinyl surfaces appear to no visible marks under normal daylight, or under spotlamp. This vinyl has hardly been played since new.
LABELS: Near Mint
Both Labels are unmarked and have no spindle trace lines.
COVER: Excellent Plus
The untreated sleeve has some very light storage wear to its lower extremities. Spine edge is unworn and shows just slight discolouration of the base white card. Sound condition, without tears, and rarely found in this condition.
INNER SLEEVE: Excellent
Light creasing and some age related colouration, no vinyl break through tears.
AUDIO QUALITY: Near Mint
The album plays though on both sides with brilliant clarity, a few light isolated static ticks are noted in between tracks, sound quality is completely free of any distortion.
Audio quality, all my vinyl advertised is played through fully on both sides before advertising. I check on the rotating turntable to ensure the vinyl is flat.
THE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised sealed or un-played should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra Items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding scuffing of edges, of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
POSTAGE & PACKING:
To prevent damage to sleeves during postage and shipping I remove the vinyl from its original inner dust sleeve, the vinyl is then housed in a new poly-lined sleeve. The Cover Vinyl and Inner Dust Sleeve are placed within a protective plastic outer sleeve before packing into a record mailing box. I use cardboard stiffeners to package the record in the best way to ensure you will receive the record in the same condition it left me.
