I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR COVER CONDITION ISSUES. I have come to the conclusion that there are two major categories of LP collectors: Those who collect for the music on the LP and how it sounds, and those who collect them as objects. Those who collect them as objects want the covers (also called jackets) in near "museum" quality condition or better. I ask that those buyers find other sellers from which to buy on eBay. I always try to list major flaws on covers. Some of the LP's I sell are 40 years old or older in most cases. There will potentially be minor flaws on the covers (just as there were minor flaws on the covers when my LPs were sold new in record shops years ago). Look at any magazine rack in a candy store or newspaper stand and you will see bends and creases and wear on brand new magazine covers. When manufacturing LP covers made of a fragile material such as paperboard AND to use that paperboard to protect a harder material inside such as a vinyl LP, and have it shipped all over the world in mass quantities, dings and impressions as well as shelf wear or ring wear (especially on imports whose covers are mostly thinner) is inevitable.

So, if you would complain about such imperfections, please buy your records elsewhere.  I've sold hundreds of items on eBay.  Only one buyer complained that I overgraded a certain used jacket os a record I posted at auction.  He paid over $300 for it.  The vinyl was perfect and he did not complain about it.  But, the 50-year old LP jacket was only in “excellent” to “near mint” condition.  I posted pictures of every surface of the jacket except the spine.  He complained to eBay that there were two circular indentations on the ?-inch spine that were not shown in the photos and not described.  These indentations measured about one half millimeter in diameter and were about one tenth millimeter in depth.  I never noticed them when I first inspected the album before listing it.  A person with 20/20 vision would need a magnifying glass to see them.  Yet, he insisted that I overgraded this jacket.  If you're of the same mind as that buyer, please, please enjoy your buying experiences elsewhere.

I am an audiophile who has collected records for over 45 years.   My home is smoke-free and pet-free.  Check out my feedback and buy with confidence.  Thanks for looking.

Wait to see if you win the other auctions (or Buy-It-Now items) within the following 72-hours.
Whether you win other items of mine or not, contact me through eBay to request an Invoice on or before 72-hours after you win the first item.
