Description
Elvis Presley test pressing demo acetate 10" 33 1/3 from Paramount Pictures Music Department on Electro-Vox record. Label is unfaded with small tear near X in Vox and small surface loss near smaller hole. Some light stains and smudges. Text is perfectly legible. Record has numerous scratches and some smudges. Plays through fine with some noise and ticks. Appears to be a version of the song with kids voice but kids voice is missing and only Elvis is singing. Also has wierd Mariachi band break near end of song with no orchesration only the Marichi band, Very unlike break in other recorded versions I have heard. Music completely drops out except for mariachi band and then resumes. Very cool Elvis variant test pressing from around 1963, before movie of course. Electro-Vox was across the street from Paramount and did much recording for them. Super scarce Elvis test pressing.
