Elvis Presley early EPA 747 & misprint? sleeve.

I've  inherited a slew of collectibles, including more than 1000 vinyl records, and a friend suggested I sell them on ebay. I have no idea what, if any, value these might have, so I'm pricing these basically to cover the cost of listing and minimum USPS mailing. Ebay has my listings restricted to only 10 items at the moment, but I expect to list more in the near future. 
  
 
This listing is for Elvis Presley's EPA-747 and what appears to be a misprinted sleeve, that must have slipped when going through the printing press, so that the printed image happened higher on the paper and again lower on the paper, so the sleeve has print on the back as well as the front. The backside printing happened before the sleeve was folded, so it came out upside down . The 4 tracks are: Blue Suede Shoes, Tutti Frutti, I Got a Woman, Just because. 
 
Sleeve shows substantial surface wear on the front and back, with 3 or 4 darker stains on the front and overall shelf-grime showing the record impression; the left seam on the back side has lost its glue for about 3" from the top, so I have included a pic of it being held back to show the original color of the paper. Otherwise the sleeve, with a protective flap,  is in great condition ; vinyl is in poor condition, with multiple surface scratches, and much wear on both labels.  Please consider some other form of payment than Paypal. They have initiated a new policy that holds payments in escrow for as long as 21 days, so sellers can no longer collect even the shipping fees prior to shipping. Any other form of payment will suffice. Drop me an email if you have any options you'd like to suggest. Paypal payments will be refunded upon receipt as I cannot collect them for 3 weeks.

Paypal is now attempting to turn itself into an escrow service, which means I cannot collect any payment (including shipping costs), for as long as TWENTY-ONE days. Subsequently, you will have to find some other means to pay for any items I have listed. If you send a Paypal payment, I will ferund the payment, and continue the transaction with another means of payment. Sorry, but Paypal's attempts at micro-management have become unacceptable.
