Description

This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 release of Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6643)is in VERY GOOD+ condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.

There are some visible marks/scratches and but nothing too deep or drastic though.

The labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is the RARER issue WITH THE HORIZONTAL LINE. (you could say this is this U.S equivilant of HMV GOLD WRITING UK issue!)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!

THIS IS 2 OF THE 2 PINK SLEEVES ISSUED , THIS BEING THE DARK PINK (rather than the alternative light pink)

This sleeve is 61 years old and there are a few things that stop this from grading higher.

The sleeve is in nice condition and has NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!!!

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some ringwear/creases.

Overall this was valued at about $80(£65+) back in 2014 , so i would guess this would have to be at least £48

I will start this at  under HALF of that!!

THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER UNTIL THAT MINT £90+ COPY COMES ALONG!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
