This is an early original thick heavy vinyl blue and silver PHILIPS label Greek pressing lp #630 101 PL, called: POPULAR GREEK SONGS OF TODAY. There are 12 songs, by MANOS HADJIDAKIS, NANA MOUSKOURI, MARION SIVA, LAOURA, YANNIS VOYADJIS, & others (see label close ups). Cover is made of thick cardboard, with very nice color photo and graphics on front. On back are many small photos of the artists, along with excellent liner notes, song titles, etc.. Cover has small blue stamping on back light wear, mostly on back, front has shiny lamination, also has some browning on back., 3 corners have wear, NO seam or spine splits, stickers, stains, etc. The lp has clean labels with NO spindle marks, and very glossy playing surfaces with NO scratches, groove wear, defects, warps, etc. under close inspection I noticed a few light surface scuffs on each side that do not affect play. I played excerpts, they sounded crystal clear with NO distortion or background noise. A beautiful lp and a nice find in this great CONDITION: COVER VG+ / LP VG+++ .
