Here is a vintage R&B album from my collection offered up for auction: A RARE 1959 Abner Vee Jay LP "DEE CLARK" his debut album featuring his self penned hit "Nobody but you" plus Otis Blackwell's "Hey little girl" and "Just keep it up" and more! Released 1959 on Abner Vee Jay VJLP-2000. Long Playing microgroove Mono. The heavy weight record rates EX, is glossy, a couple marks on both sides, nothing heavy or that you can feel. A few factory dimples also noted. This record has been PLAY TESTED, plays great from start to finish with excellent sound quality. STUNNING SOUND CLARITY for a 54 year old. You will be transported to 1959! . A VERY enjoyable listen! Dee has a great vocal styling similar to Jackie Wilson but all his own! . Great tunes! The cover rates VG+/EX, A beauty!! has great color, no signatures or pen marks, top seam neatly repaired (very unnoticeable! (see photos) The oval logo VJ labels are in EX shape, no signatures.
