Description
Very rare and beautiful violin solo by Georges Enesco (Enescu) on Don Gabors "Continental Record Company" original label. pressed in 1950.
This is not the Japanese reissue, not a Hungarian bootleg, it is the deep groove, 33 1/3 original hard laquer 1st pressing.
1 lp in Red Felt box with introductory page intact but a little wrinkled... I am fairly certain this page could be steamed and or ironed smooth. I may give it a try.
Box corners are not broken. Disc is VG+. Split on backbox top about 3 inches long which also looks repairable with patience and some minor skill. Box rates a VG. metal binder in box is in excellent condition. Labels look great.
NOTE: This not the 3 lp set. It is the one LP box first issued.
Bachs sonata no.1 in G minor, and no.2 in B minor.
