Description
This is a true Elvis rarity. My personal copy of Elvis' very first release for RCA from 1955 of Sun sides Mystery Train /I Forget to Remember to Forget.
When RCA bought Elvis' contract from Sun records in 1955 they acquired the rights to all recorded material to date as well. RCA then released the five Sun singles but in reverse order starting with the current Sun 45 Mystery Train. These five singles bridged the gap between the Sun 45s and Elvis' new material recorded in January 1956 and released in the summer of that year.
This is that first RCA 45. Highly sought after and treasured by Elvis collectors. It us difficult to find in any condition. The vinyl is in at least vg+ condition and displays a high gloss with very few light hairline marks. It plays beautifully with a clear uninterrupted audio on both sides. The labels are clean. Comes in the RCA sleeve. See the pictures.
