SHIPPING TO ITALY: I prefer send through Priority Express Post (Through EMS), because the packages takes many time to arrived. Also the italian postal service, change the original tracking number for other very different and many packages are stolen or missing for this postal service. If you live in Italy and want registered post, it's ok, i can send their tracking info, but it's under your own risk.
RETURNS, This are my rules:
1. I send all the packages like a gift and value for an low price, but i am not responsible if their postal service change some taxes. In that case you should ask the reason, because the package was sent as a gift and a low cost (always i sent for $10.00 or $20.00) 2.
