ELVIS PRESLEY – BLUE HAWAII (LPM-2426) FIRST PRESSING from 1961 with the SCARCE RED HYPE STICKER!

 

RECORD: VG with pleasing, glossy surfaces. However, there are many light to moderate scuffs and scratches, none of which can be felt with the fingertip. This Indianapolis pressing should play through entirely without skips or repeats. The labels are beautiful but show some light spindle marks on both sides. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in October of 1961 and includes the huge hit single, “Can’t Help Falling in Love / Rock-A-Hula Baby”. The matrix numbers end with 1S/1S.

COVER: VG++ (EXC) with no seam splits, tape, writing or staple holes. The edges are solid, showing only minimal wear, likewise, ring wear is minimal on both sides. All corners are sharp! The Red Hype Sticker is beautiful, though it does show some wear at the upper portion from contact with other albums. These stickers were quite limited in October of 1961, and there are not many covers found today in high grade with the stickers applied. The original gray “RCA Victor” inner sleeve is included.

I normally ship within 3 (Three) business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.

All records are shipped in the correct cardboard folding mailers with the record separated from the cover, then inserted together within a clear polyvinyl sleeve, then sandwiched between two sheets of cardboard filler pads within the mailer to best protection.

Returns are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I stand behind everything sold here on eBay! I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction.
