Here is Elvis Presley’s debut album from 1956.
This is the original Italian issue, released on RCA Italiana A12P 0031.  
Condition: My gradings are usual visual only but I have played this through.
It would be graded visually as ‘Good’, according to the Record Collector grading system (see below).  The vinyl has been played a good deal with marks, scuffs, etc., across both sides.
However, it plays through well.  It doesn’t jump or skip.  There are expected pops, clicks and crackles but these are mostly only audible between tracks or in quiet moments (such as ‘I Love You Because’).   
The sleeve is bright and clean.  It has two edge splits - now internally repaired - at the top and bottom opening (see photos).
I have aimed to be completely accurate and honest with this description.  This is a collectable and rare item and, although much played with obvious visual wear, this is still worth having for its historical value.  But please don’t bid unless you understand and are happy with this description since I cannot accept returns.

Unless otherwise stated, all the records I sell are previously owned and used.  They are visually - not aurally - graded using, as a guide, the Record Collector system.  If I am in doubt about the condition of the record, I do not list it.
RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD:  The record has been played to the point where the sound quality may have noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR:  The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
