DON ELLIS AT MINNESOTA LP
Very rare private pressing of a live concert at the University of Minnesota in 1972.
This album is amazing. It is some of the most interesting experimental jazz I’ve ever heard incorporating free jazz, echo effects, voices, jazz funk, and third stream/hard to classify elements - all with the large stage band presentation.
Plain white jacket with title written in red pen, catalog sticker, and sticker indicating that it was part of University of St. Thomas - The George S. Regis Collection of Jazz Recordings.

Looks unplayed. Sounds great. LP has a very slight waviness that is barely noticed and does not affect play.
Interesting experimental jazz with some songs using echo and incorporating voices.
A similar copy of this LP sold for $1,325 in 2013.
