THIS ITEM IS SO RARE THAT YOU MAY NEVER SEE ANOTHER UP FOR AUCTION EVER AGAIN. MOST 45 SITES DON'T EVEN HAVE IT CATALOGED. ONLY ONE SALE ON POPSIKE OF THE SINGLE WITH NO SLEEVE.
ONE OF THE RAREST RECORDS IN THE WORLD. THIS IS NOT A BOOTLEG OR A COUNTERFEIT.
This record and sleeve were issued to selected DJs in 1960 to promote the release of
Elvis' "50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong" LP (Gold Records Vol. 2).
This is a promotional-only release
that offered "Wear My Ring Around Your Neck" and "Don't".
The picture sleeve is unique to this issue.
Both the record and sleeve are extremely rare, the sleeve appears to be the rarer of the two.
These are listed in Jerry Osborne's "Money Records" book, a listing of the 1000 most valuable records, at number 164.
The matrix numbers (machine stamped in the dead wax):

RECORD IS VG+
There is some very mild scuffing - none that affects play. Play graded - NO tics or pops. There is sticker residue on "Wear" side label.
SLEEVE IS VG+
There is some foxing at the top and a one inch bottom center seam split. There is some mild ruffling outlining where the record was in the sleeve. No other flaws.
