VG+ thick laminate cover, small pencil writing on back, slight foxing to back, No rips, no tears, nor splits.
DG, W. 50th, Flat.

VG+ disc, light play-marks and some very minimal groove wear, plays lively, some non-intrusive surface noise on very quiet piano solos, etc.
Great all around sound, hear a clip above.
