Doug Sahm, Rough Edges, Mercury Records #SRM-1-655. Issued 1973. Stereo. Gatefold. wlp / white label promo. DEADWAX: Side 1: (machine stamped): SRM-1-655A-PR1 (the PR1 looks to be hand etched made to look stamped) / (hand etched): MS G.K. PR. Side 2: (machine stamped): SRM-1-655B-PR1 (the PR1 looks to be hand etched, made to look stamped) / (hand etched): MS G.K. PR. The vinyl is audio tested, see below .
All Records are cleaned and viewed under bright light, as well as a cautious extensive spot audio check.
Gradings Parameters: Good / Very Good / Excellent / Excellent or better / Near Mint / Mint.GRADING CONDITIONS: ** The Record PLAYS in Excellent or better Condition, sounds great, no finger-feel scratches, no deep scratches, barely there / marks inherent and within the pressing that look like light partial surface paper lines, very nice clean bright shiny glossy vinyl, quiet in the quiet sections, kickin' in the uptempo portions. * The cover is in Excellent Condition. No seam splits, just slight wear on the front and back cover, the spine is in fantastic condition with barely there 2/3 minute marks, edges are in excellent condition with barely there sparse marks that are not that easy to notice, with the beauty of historic patina of life and age. * Labels in Near Mint Condition, no spindle marks.
