Dodo Marmarosa - Dodo´s Back! LP
ARGO. LP 4012. Green/Gold deep groove label. Mono. USA 1961.
First pressing. Original company pictured paper inner sleeve.
Graded cover/record VG+/Ex
Cover is in great shape but has a cut out hole upper left corner, very little signs of wear at corners and bottom seam,
no splits, tape or writing.
Record is very clean, with a few ultralight non audible paper scuffs,
Lables are clean with mninimal signs of use close to spindle hole. Plays excellent mostly, with some short light background noise only..

Marmarosa is not known on so many recordings, this is as far as I know the only under his own name.
He recorded with Miles Davis 1946, Barney Kessel 1946 and on Dial with Erroll Garner,
his classmate and there was a 10 inch LP issued with them 1950.
Very rare and fine jazz.
